With simple, straightforward ceremonies, a community began to form – and projects like Foundation (MRV’s Design System), the Design Chapter, the Illustration System, user listening and learning sessions, and Cineminha Hotjar were created. Not only did internal designers connect and grow stronger, but we also brought all consulting partners closer together.

I started the project as Design Lead, but I also helped organize the company’s design processes, introduced the concept of a Design System, and structured its initial implementation and governance. After some time, I took on the role of Head of Design at Igma, contributing to the training of MRV’s Head of Design, onboarding processes, junior designer training, and product documentation.
